360 Marine Warranty Policy

360 Marine Inc is 100% committed to customer satisfaction. We are proud of our products and we stand behind them to ensure that your getting the most for your hard earned dollars.

All 360 Marine products are cover by a Lifetime Warranty against structural corrosion for all Stainless Steel and Titanium parts. This not only covers external corrosion issues, but also any defects due to workmanship or materials. Please click here to review our care guide for all stainless steel and titanium products. Any material failures or bleeding of red rust due to chemical damage to the passive layer is not covered by this or any other expressed warranty by 360 Marine.

  • 360 Marine Rod Holders are covered by a 3 Year warranty for all mechanical components under normal operating conditions.
  • 360 Marine Anchor Winches are covered by a 3 Year Warranty for all mechanical components under normal operating conditions.
  • 360 Marine Anchor Winched are covered by a 1 Year Warranty for all electrical components under normal operating conditions.

Please review the complete Warranty Policy which is included with the product you have purchased. Our warranty is to the original purchaser of the product is not transferable.

360 Marine Inc is not liable for any incidental or consequential costs, loss or damages due to the use of it products. At the sole discretion of 360 Marine, the implied warranty is void if the product is deemed to be damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized service.

During the warranty period, your 360 Marine Product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of 360 Marine without any charges due to parts or labor. All shipping costs to and from 360 Marine are the responsibility of the original purchaser and must be prepaid.

Return Policy

Timeframe

All returns must be organized and discussed within 10 days of the arrival of your order.

Defective / damaged in shipping

Any defective items OR items damaged in shipping transit can be returned for a full refund. It is solely up to the judgment of 360 Marine to determine whether or not an item has in fact, been damaged during transit and / or is in fact, defective.

Used items

Once an item has been used in any way, said item is no longer a returnable product.
