Where can I purchase your products?
360 Marine Inc products can be purchased directly on our secure website or by calling us. We also have an expanding network of dealers that carry our products and can assist in the installation and setup.

Where are your products manufactured?
360 Marine has a global supply base that includes: USA, Taiwan, China and India. All of our products are assembled, inspected for quality and packaged in the USA.

Do you have a retail location?
360 Marine is a manufacturer and does not have a retail walk-in location. We can arrange pickup in the South-East Michigan area by appointment.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Through our secure website we accept all major credit cards. For our OEM customers, we provide terms upon approved credit. Although we do not accept personal checks, we do accept ACH or wire-transfers.

Where do you ship your products from?
All of our products ordered directly from our 360 Marine website are shipped from Farmington, Michigan. All freight and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you stock your Rod Holders and Winches?
Yes, our secure website has a live inventory that shows you the availability of all products. All products are shipped within TWO business days of ordering.

Do you sell replacement parts for your products?
Yes, it is our goal to have your 360 Marine product last for the life of you vessel! Give us a call if you are in need of a replacement component.

What kind of Warranty / Guarantee do you offer?
All 360 Marine products are cover by a Lifetime Warranty against structural corrosion for all Stainless Steel and Titanium parts. This not only covers external corrosion issues, but also any defects due to workmanship or materials.

Rod Holder Questions -
What is the difference between the Mark 4 and 6 Rod Holders?
The Mark 6 Rod Holder is built from 316 Stainless Steel and 6/4 Titanium, and has been extensively tested with 80 lbs test line. The Mark 6 is targeted at seawater environments where corrosion is a major concern.
The Mark 4 Rod Holder is of the same design as the Mark 6, however it is produced from stainless steel and has been extensively tested with 50 lbs test line.

Where is the best place to mount the Mark 4 or 6 rod holders?
The Mark 4 and 6 rod holders are designed to be mounted; in existing gunnel rod holders all along the deck of your boat, on track mount systems that can be mounted on any horizontal or vertical surface such as the gunnel, or on any tubular structure on your boat. We have fitted as many as 40 rod holders onto one fishing boat!

How do I care for my rod holder?
Although Stainless Steel is highly resistant to saltwater corrosion, it can be damaged by harsh chemical cleaning products. Below is a list of products and chemicals that will weaken and damage your 316 Stainless Steel components:
ACIDS:
Chlorsulphonic Acid, Hydrobromic Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, Hydrofluoric Acid, Hydrofluoailicic Acid, Muriatic Acid, Sulphuric Acid
CLEANERS:
Comet, EZ-ON, EZ-OFF Cleaner, Marine Spay Nine, On & Off Cleaner, Rust Stains Away, Soft Scrub
CHEMICALS:
Chlorides, Fluorides, Iodides

Mounting Accessories Questions -
Are the rod holders equipped with the flush mount adapters easily removed from the gunnel rod holders?
YES! The flush mount adapter is secured in place with a clamping mechanism that is activated by a rotating handle. To install or remove it, just tighten or loosen the nut by hand. The 360 Marine Flush Mount Adapter also has slots on the bottom to engage into the rod-pin of most gunnel holders, this further secures the adapter in place.

If I purchase a rod holder with a track mount base can I change it to a flush mount adapter or bar clamp?
YES! We designed the Mark Series of Rod Holders to be as adaptable to any vessel as possible. All mounting bases, including the flush mount adapter, are removable. Please contact 360 Marine for further information.
